Let’s start with hello

An initial call between you and one of our technology consultants gives you and us a chance to see if there is a good fit, and to understand if there is a solution available that will help you. If we can’t help you, we’ll try our best to point you in the right direction with impartial advice.

Discovery session

The first step is to understand your business processes and whiteboarding with your subject matter experts and users, and means we get a thorough view of what you need.

Solution Selection & Proof of Concept

At this stage, we’ll go away and figure out which solution works best for you, along with a brief proof of concept to ensure we’re on the same page. Naturally we’ll need some data from you for this but we’ll request what we need.

Whiteboard & Process Mapping.

The first step is to understand your business processes and whiteboarding with your subject matter experts and users, and means we get a thorough view of what you need.

Rough Cut & Statement of Work

Assuming we’re still on the same page, we’ll put together a Rough Cut document, along with a Statement of Work, both of which begin to formalise our relationship and the project scope.

Technical Build

Once we’re done planning out the project, with a comprehensive roadmap & project plan, we get to work building out your solution. We do regular testing along the way as well as obtaining sign off from you and your business.

Full end-to-end testing

As well as testing along the way, we conduct full end-to-end testing, ranging from performing reconciliations, to unit & smoke testing of your solution. There will be no doubt of success.

Post Go-Live Support

Just because your solution is complete doesn’t mean our job is finished. Along with putting together comprehensive documentation, we also stay on hand to ensure any defects are resolved, and your users are supported in extracting maximum value from your investment.
