You've worked in or around finance. You understand month-end close, FP&A, management reporting. You can talk to a CFO without a translator.

Technical capability

You can build things, not just design them. Whether it's Power BI, SQL, Anaplan, or Python - you're hands-on. Strategy without delivery isn't our model.

How we hire

We try to make hiring painless for both sides. No trick questions, no case studies designed to trip you up. We want to understand what you can do and whether we'd enjoy working together.

Step 1: Initial conversation (30 mins). We learn about you; you learn about us. Mutual fit check.

Step 2: Technical discussion (60 mins). We explore your experience and skills in more depth. Real examples of work you've done.

Step 3: Practical exercise (take-home or live, your choice). A realistic task that shows how you work. Not designed to waste your time.

Step 4: Meet the team. Informal conversations with people you'd work with. Ask us anything.

We aim to complete the process within two weeks of first contact. We respect your time.
