Typically 2-4 weeks from signing to operational. Week one is documentation review and workspace access. Week two is shadowing your current processes. Weeks three and four are gradual takeover with your team available for questions. If you're in a crisis (your admin just left, month-end is next week), we can accelerate this.
What's the difference between your service and Anaplan's own support?
Anaplan's Care team handles platform issues: bugs, outages, licence questions. They don't manage your model, update your hierarchies, build your dashboards, or run your month-end. That's what we do.
