Hem founded Bolt Consulting to offer a different kind of EPM consultancy - one that prioritises client outcomes over software sales. With 12 years of experience guiding finance teams through complex transformations, he combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, no-nonsense approach.

Hem leads engagements personally, ensuring senior expertise from first conversation to go-live.

Frank brings over 25 years of experience in finance transformation and programme delivery. A qualified accountant (ACCA) with Prince2 certification, he's led complex EPM implementations across insurance, financial services, and manufacturing.

Frank ensures projects stay on track, on budget, and deliver real business value - not just technical deliverables.
