Who we are
Bolt was founded because we kept seeing the same problem: finance leaders hiring consultants who didn't understand finance, or hiring finance people who couldn't build technology. The gap between business problem and technical solution was always where projects failed.
Frank has 25 years in finance and FP&A. He's closed month-ends, built board packs, and sat in the FD's chair. Hem builds the technical architecture. Between us, well over 200 EPM projects across Anaplan, Pigment, Planful, and IBM Planning Analytics.
